Should Your New Boiler Need Servicing?

What Should A Boiler Yearly Service Include?
After you schedule an appointment for your gas boiler to get serviced, one of our fully Gas Safe registered boiler technicians will arrive on the date that you selected, punctually and ready to work from the time that they turn up.
They will only need you to show them just where your gas boiler is and they’ll begin conducting tests and assessing your gas boiler to establish that it is performing safely and efficiently.
During the assessment, you will see the boiler technicians carry out the following:
- Fire your boiler to ascertain that there are no faults within your central heating system
- Remove the casing to evaluate the parts within, cleaning them if called for
- Conduct a flue pipe evaluation to make sure that your boiler emissions are safe
- Conduct a gas pressure evaluation and a gas tightness analysis to ensure that you don’t have any leaks
When the boiler technician has completed the boiler service, they’ll then make sure that they leave your property precisely as they found it, as if they weren’t in fact, there, but you will have an efficient, safe gas boiler once again.
